Shipping Information
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates using trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines
- Weekdays: delivery within 2–3 business days across the UAE
- Weekend orders: orders placed from Friday 2 PM onwards, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered starting Tuesday

Shipping fees
- Dubai: 25 AED
- Other Emirates: 25 AED
- International shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination
All orders are shipped via Aramex or DHL.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
HIBO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: info@hibo.pro
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Our support team will review the case and respond within 1 business day.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund (where applicable)
Conditions for claims
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of damage or defect must be provided
We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened cosmetic products
- Used items
- Products purchased on sale or promotion
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:
- incorrect address
- unreachable customer
- refusal to accept order
the order may be returned to us.
Redelivery fees may apply.
